About True Peace Studio
Founded in 2023 by artist Davinna Henley, True Peace Studio was born through the leading of the Holy Spirit and a call to paint.
After the loss of her sister in December 2022, Davinna sought the Lord in the midst of her grief. Through prayer, dreams, and time in His presence, she felt gently led to begin painting.
With the Holy Spirit as her guide, Davinna began creating from a place of prayer—trusting Him to lead what she painted, how she painted it, and the message each piece was meant to carry. Painting became more than artistic expression. It became a way of listening, responding, worshiping, and drawing closer to God.
In 2024, Davinna experienced another profound loss with the passing of her father. Through that season, her faith continued to anchor her. In both the difficult and beautiful moments, painting became a place of joy, praise, and connection with God.
What began in a season of grief grew into something much greater—an awakening to her God-given purpose. Davinna discovered that she was not simply called to paint, but to create art that glorifies God, inspires faith, and makes space for others to encounter His presence and peace.
The Gallery
Today, True Peace Studio is home to a growing collection of more than 44 original paintings, each reflecting a part of Davinna’s journey with Christ.
Each piece is created from a place of prayer and worship. Through vibrant color, movement, and expressive forms, the artwork offers a visual expression of what God has revealed—and what He continues to reveal along the way.
When someone encounters a piece from True Peace Studio, Davinna hopes it creates a moment to pause, reflect, breathe, and experience peace. More than anything, she hopes the artwork points beyond the canvas and invites the viewer to encounter the love of God and draw closer to Him in their own way.
Paint & Praise
The heart of True Peace Studio extends beyond the canvas through mobile Paint & Praise workshops.
These gatherings are more than a painting class—they are an opportunity to worship, create, connect, and experience God through artistic expression.
Paint & Praise creates space to step away from the noise, quiet the mind, lift the heart, and discover the joy and peace that can come when we make room for creativity and connection with God.
Whether through an original painting, a shared Paint & Praise experience, or a quiet moment of reflection, True Peace Studio exists to create space for faith, creativity, worship, and peace.
Welcome to True Peace Studio.
